Bell Pepper & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

1 Large red onion
3 Red bell peppers
2 cloves of garlic
2 Red chillies
2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
Salty to taste

Instructions

Cut and de-seed the bell peppers, and place under the grille skin side up goes until it goes black, then remove the skin. Now cut up the the garlic, onion and chillies, and put into a frying pan, cook for about 5 minutes. (tip) put the garlic in the frying pan before heating the oil, that way it doesn’t burn. By this time the peppers should be ready for skinning, once done, put them into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients and blend then until smooth.
When you’re  ready to serve, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil to a frying pan and pour in the sauce, then add the soy sauce and season with a sprinkle of salt and stir, warm slowly, take care not to burn. Done.
